When you receive a BusPlanner Parent Portal account activation email from AVRCE Transportation (), it will look similar to the image below. Click the "confirm" link in the email:
When you click the "confirm" link, a browser window will open. Your email address will show on screen. Click the "reset password" button:
Once you click "reset password", you will receive another email to confirm you are resetting your password. Open the email and click on the "confirm" link in the email:
This will take you to the BusPlanner Parent Portal page where you can set your password. Your password must be eight characters long, and must contain at least one number, one upper case letter, one lower case letter, and one special character:
After resetting your password, log in with your email address and new password to review your busing information:
When you are logged in to the BusPlanner Parent Portal, click on "My Account" to add or update your mobile phone number, so you can receive text notices if your child's bus is late or cancelled.
